Sharing the love...

I met with another real estate agent today, and thankfully that was also a positive meeting! I think I have 2 or 3 agents that I would want to work with. I've spent this evening telling one of my best friends about the new business my mom and I are starting. I hope she takes the opportunity. In ancy case, I know she wants my mom and me to see if we can find a home that she and her fiance can lease to own. I would love to be able to do that for them!

Tomorrow, I'll be running the numbers on some of the listings I've received in the last 48 hours. Looking forward to checking out some properties on Saturday. Now that I have the ball rolling on real estate agents, I need to get working on my buyers list and on finding motivated sellers. I also need to start going to REI clubs to meet other investors.

Sharing the love...

***I really liked that title... I'm a true believer of the program. My family (grandparents) & I have been able to helped many families that otherwise wouldn't have been able to get into a house. The Lease to own, its a great way to get started. The beauty of doing it, its that normally we find a desperate property owner who is either tired of dealing with that property, or they know they're going to lose it. And, we assist families who are credit changed and...We can get them right away into a house; and as long as they apply themselves they'll be able to get that house.

The best part its that it will cost nothing to you, other than your time of course.

There are new laws that took infect this year, so please get ahold of the advisory line or make sure you have the proper paperwork, there are new rules & laws that you must take in consideration.

Same here...

One of the reasons my mom and I like Dean's program so much is that people point out ways that we can use our business to help so many people, including the ones who may be most distressed by having to sell the property.
