Last weekend my mom and I met two more agents and looked at 5 properties. The process of finding properties with a lot of potential has become infinitely easier and more rewarding now that we have agents on our team. We've already learned about 2 pocket listings - one of which looks like a good deal so far. One of us will go out and take a look at it this weekend. I'll also be checking out REI meetings and free real estate seminars to meet other investors.

I met with another real estate agent today, and thankfully that was also a positive meeting! I think I have 2 or 3 agents that I would want to work with. I've spent this evening telling one of my best friends about the new business my mom and I are starting. I hope she takes the opportunity. In ancy case, I know she wants my mom and me to see if we can find a home that she and her fiance can lease to own. I would love to be able to do that for them!

Last night I was super excited that I set appointments to meet with real estate agents and start getting information from them. My first meeting with an agent was a bit of a mood killer.

Last night I wrote that I would use my breaks/lunch and time after work today to start contacting real estate agents. Work was crazy, so I didn't use my breaks...but I *did* take an hour after work to call several local offices. I have one agent who will be sending me likely listings within the next 48 hours, and I've set two appointments to meet with agents this week.

I'm unbelievably excited to be taking the knowledge I have and putting into action. And I absolutely love having the 30 Days to Real Estate Cash book lay things out so neatly. I learned a ton a the classes I've been to, but I think having this book is the key to me being confident to take the first real steps to wholesaling. I like having such a simple road map in my hands!
