THIS WAS THE DEAL AS FOLLOWS:
SELLER OWNED $7,389 ON MOBILE HOME
MY PARTNER AND I OFFERED $5500 IF HE WOULD PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE $1889
WE FOUND A BUYER THAT WOULD PURCHASE IT FOR $10000
WE DIDNT USE ANY OF OUR OWN MONEY AND WE MADE A PROFIT OF $4500 WHICH WE WILL SPLIT : )
NOW WE'RE WORKING ON 4 MORE DEALS

Very nice profit, especially percentage wise. It's also refreshing to see someone knock out a deal on a mobile. I think we've all been so focused on SFH's, HUD homes, and multi-units it's almost "tunnel vision." We can all make $$ with land, mobile homes, options, timeshares, commercial/industrial properties. The possibilities are wide in scope and endless in amount. Congratulations!

that is a great profit! I dont hear much about mobile homes, but i know theres ways to make money with them. For example renting/leasing and like you did wholesaling. I agree with David.. percentage wise, you made a huge profit!! congrats! on to the next one!(:
