hello dg family, im a newbie needing help, please. how do you mark a topic under forum(s) read are delete a marked topic, please. any help would be great. thanks

I am a bit discouraged by the high level of technology that seems to be required to get full benefit from this site and the courses. Even the homework assignments in the "30 Days" text require the watching of videos. I, and I'm sure many more people trying to take this course, live in areas where high-speed Internet is simply unavailable at this time and for the foreseeable future. I can go to the local library and download some material using their high-speed Internet service but they do not allow the volume to be turned up (or headphones used) so I can't hear anything. If daily video presentations are a core element of the program, many of us are left out in the cold.

Hello everyone !!! My question is what do you do, when a bank ,of a bank owned property wont accept Proof of funds letters, as proof of funds for your deals? I submitted my offer with a proof of funds letter to a broker,and broker sent me a response back saying bank will not accept this form of proof of funds. Anyone ever run into this?

I've searched and haven't been able to locate anything. How do I bookmark certain pages or forum topics I want to be able to refer back too??? I haven't seen any where in the post to do this..thanks in advance.

I am trying to register for the live event on 3/21/12 at Jersey City, NJ., but after picking the location the system keeps asking to pick a location from the list. Can you please help me in getting tickets for this event?

When I started at the DG site, I had these questions and then got my answers by "learning by web navigation" and I thought I would share these quick tips.

To Start a Blog:

1) Log In
2) On the Left Menu, under "Main Sections", click "My blog".
3) Click "Post New Blog Entry"
4) What you post here gets posted in your own blog. (viewable by others if they click your profile)

To Start a Journal (or start a Forum Entry):

1) Log-In
2) On the Left Menu, under "Main Sections", click "Member Journals".
3) Click "Post New Forum Topic"
4) Start Writing Your Journal. Submit Forum Topic

I have apparently earned 475 points for posting in the forums. What are these points good for?
