I, for one, am willing to type the little code in order to post... at least temporarily. This spamming in just nuts and annoying. Typing the code would stop the little trolls for awhile and we could again search this site without garbage in the way.

Unless someone on here needs sheepskin boots, we need something to filter this out.

i know there was a thread already started somewhere but i cant find it but im wondering about submitting my website to google maybe someone can help?

I think there should be a place on this forum that makes it a lot more accessible to find investors in a specific area. For example, this is how it should look, or at least look something like this.

1) Find Investors (Click the link)

2) States ( Click the link)

3) Then in each city should show the investor who lives in that area. From there you could get their contact information, and hopefully be able to link up and make some deals together.

This is something connected investors do, and I think DG should incorporate it on to his site. What do yall think?

Also in an investor's profile should be their twitter, facebook, and linkedin account name. This is a new era nobody really uses aim anymore...just saying.

any tips on getting offers accepted working off the MLS with brokers? NON BANK OWNED? I have submitted numerous offers thru brokers working for me, made over 200 or more offers with brokers that represent me, and 1 yr later ive only done 1 deal. Seems like MLS listings thru brokers are not working where i am from . Offers are made on motivated sellers thru the MLS like probates, ads that say motivated seller Etc at 30% below market, but more often then none, all rejected. The word is also out with Brokers to not waste their time with me, cause i make low ball offers,and now im black listed sorta speak. Any tips ?

Since this seems the most appropriate place to post I figured to post here. I need to bring to attention the customer service/advisory line. In the past, I've been on hold in upwards of 40 minutes and today (Saturday the 15th of Oct) I was on hold for a combined time of over an hour with no answer. not sure whats going on behind the scenes but it would be nice to have it how it was last year where you get your call answered within the first 5 or 10 minutes at most. I've also noticed a few times in the past I get transferred to the wrong department and have to be re-transferred which results in the call dropping and having to recall and wait on hold again.
Overall I like the SA and its layout but improvements can always be implemented

I just want to know if anyone is having any luck making offers thru a broker on non bank owned properties on the MLS thru a broker, adding the clause Deposit given after acceptance of offer,and after my approval of a 10 day inspection period? It seems no brokers are going for that,and im not having any luck getting offers accepted. Seems to me their not even interested in my offer being low anyways,and adding that clause pushes them even further away from presenting my offer. I also added a clause that says buyer request sellers refusal in writing, signed by seller if offer is refused. Not having any luck with that too. Brokers are pretty much laughing at me. Then i had a broker presenting my offers, and now hes bailed out on me. Any tips would greatly be appreciated

Worked on the website for a week and can't get rid of caption at the bottom of properties page: It says "to contact me click here" and it goes to outlook express. Outlook express does not work on my computor, in or out so I have to get rid of that line that says contact me click here! All I want is to erase it and put in my phone number and my email. HELP, been talking to deans support all day. They can't help. My cable tech says it can be removed and a program from the Web, called contact forms can be put in. Problem is when I click on the edit page and go to properties the caption ---click here is not visible so I can't erase it. Anyone else have this problem?

Why do e-mail addresses included in a private message get chopped after the @ symbol?

I can understand not allowing complete e-mail addresses to be posted in the public forums, but why not let them show up in private messages?

Btw, everything else about this site is awesome.
