Hello guys,
I have been thinking about web pages, blogs etc. and I think one of the best things to do to expose people to your deals is to create a fan page on the facebook. More than about billion people around the world are using facebook! Photo album on the facebook page can be your tool where you can post your deals. In the info section you can write about your company, your vision, mission statements and so on!!!!! In my opinion, facebook can be a very affective tool to drive traffic because most of people already have facebook accounts and it takes little effort for them to jump to another page. What’s cool is that your welcome page can be designed with tabsite.com, this site allows you to place cool pictures of your choice on your welcome page and more. In the settings of your facebook page you can choose your welcome page to be a landing page and once people like your page, instantly they will be redirected to a wall page and see your deals. Just wanted to sumup todays article from wall street,
The inventory for housing is going down since many investors are taking this down market opportunity. In December, sales increased and 25% of the purchases just from investors WOW. It might show some recovery for housing market yet as WSJ indicated prices for a real estate market still declining except west, of course ☺. Just saying, still many opportunities for investors and for us to make money in wholesaling!!!

I am on facebook, but not at all computer savvy and can't even figure out how to change some things on mine. Got my pictures up accidentally and still can't post or change some of them.
Would being on facebook with properties open more chances of hacking.
But I would consider it.

You got a point!! Some don't even have facebook accounts, however, many do! Really not sure how they can hack properties on the page, since all you would have is some pics of homes and some info.

So to put up properties, we wouldn't need personal info, I know our name and things like that would have to be public.
Just a note. My ex was from Canton Ohio. After the Navy and living in Florida and Philly, we moved to Canton for one year. I tried to like it there, so we moved to Wisconsin, and he still lives here.
Just saw you are from Akron.
But back to facebook, how would you get many to look at it. I am on with Dean, but don't even talk much on it to anyone from his site.
Any advertising especially free is a good idea. Smiling

hey i got multiple properties both here in town (marietta ohio) and out of state ...if anyone wants info and wants me to look at certain criteria meeting properties i can and get back with ya?...also why dont we create a dean graziosi page on there as well....not his actual pages he has but our own little communnity?

marketing is a big part of the real Estate. Many different ways to do it. Just keep doing.

Look for REIA's too...

You can also check for different REIA's (Real Estate Investment Associations) that you can "Like" and "Friend". And, once you have found their page, you can make a post that shows what property you have for sale, and/or what type of property you are looking to buy.

Power of Facebook

To make it simple you create a fan page for your business or deals. Then just post pics of your deals with the address and details. Obviously you want to have followers/friends for the FB page.

I know on my personal FB page I have over 600 friends that are investors.
So if I make a post about a deal or real estate product the chances are that most of those 600 real estate investor friends will see it. Super Powerfull considering FB is the most vistited site daily next to Youtube.

With everything I discovered in the past few months about Social Networking and Online Marketing and implementing what I learned. I'm making a small fortune. It's crazy honestly!!

So if you don't have a Fanpage for your business or Real Estate deals you are missing out!! It's like this you can make one post about your Real Estate deal or sit at your computer for hours sending out emails about your deal.

I'm all about speed and efficiency! Time is too valuable!!

I just made a page

and with the word of mouth and so on and so on ect.
YOur properties definately go far.
You can build another buyers and sellers list and its FREE.
Only inbox people with specific details to keep it private.
I know an investor that put ALL the properties info on his page. He ran into some issues. Keep the info with your pic very short. Get them to call you for the specific details such as address, ARV, Repair amount, inside photos ect.

I am still working on our page iwth adding properties for sale but growing daily with friends and likes. I have met ALOT of investors and some DG.com family there also. Its great to network.
