Help DGers, im trying to figure out the best, and cheapest way to set up an 800#, any ideas? thanks mike.

I woke up this morning super excited. Today is the Profit from real estate seminar in Tampa, FL and I have a good feeling that I'm going to be leaving with a lot of new information to help me to get started in wholesaling houses.

I drove around in my neighborhood this weekend and wrote down about 50 addresses of abandon homes in the area. I am looking for a mentor or just some good advise to help me get things rolling.

Looking for buyers or someone to partner with? LAREIC will be holding its monthly meeting tomorrow, May 26. Sign-in and networking starts at 6:30, meeting begins at 7:30. There is no charge to attend this club's meetings, which is highly unusual. Real estate clubs are hands-down the easiest and most effective way to find motivated buyers. The investors here are looking for birddoggers, wholesalers and partners.

I am currently unemployed in Tampa, FL and saw Deans infomercial last week, started to do some research and talked to a few friends who are in the same or worse situation as I am and where naysayers from the time I said infomercial. I took Deans advise after watching a few of his videos and didn't listen to the naysayers, I ended up catching up with a old co-worker that I used to work with at a mortgage broker shop and she just lost her job with a title agency and let me know that she has a folder full of properties that she had for a investor where she worked at but never did any deals with him. Neither of us have ever worked on this end of the real estate business but I talked to her about getting in this business together and she said she's game.

Hey DGers, im just geting going and im going to start with birddoging, and contract assignments. Do i need to establish an LLC for these type of RE deals? Thanks Mike

Centinela Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90230, 310-649-1776 (hotel's #). Meeting starts at 9:30 am, so get there earlier to network and check in. Cost is $29.

Two topics are the focus of tomorrow's meeting. The first is on how to decide which deals to make offers on and what to offer. The second is on unique ways to find motivated sellers.
