Hello Dg Family,

I have an opportunity to pick up a fourplex, duplex and a house within blocks of each other in Evansville. Seller is here in Los Angeles! Owns 'em OUTRIGHT! I need eyes and ears there though! Cash flow opportunity at a reduced price (I'm still negotiating that with him)

I am looking for someone that can pull comps, look at the property and assess what needs to be done in rehab, be there when an inspector goes through them. Please let me know if you're intersted in partnering. Also he would like cash and is extremely motivated to sell now.

I'm new and have a killer deal however no buyer yet. Almost finished with Dean's book. Was in real estate for years a 100 years ago.
Dean's program is my cup of tea! What I'm looking for is people who live in proximity to me interested in and doing the same things in real estate adventures.

I have been living in the Phoenix area now for 7 years and have been associated with a handful of different types of real estate deals from wholesaling, assigning, bird dogging, short sales, trustee sales, etc. However, I have just recently started focusing on REI full time now for the last couple months.
I am writing this because I am soon moving to the Northern Colorado area and I want to take my skills and knowledge and attack the market head on. I realize investing requires time and patience in some matters, but I’m ready to hit the ground running.

Hello Everyone, its Mike in Charlottesville Va. Attended the 3 day Norfolk and had a nice time meeting other members/investors during our breaks. It was interesting to find out what different goals others had in mind. I'm sure everyone walked away with alot of new info. Just checking in to see what everyone is doing and their thoughts /comments. Since we are ALL in Va....strength is in numbers...I thought this post would enable us as a group in Va to network easier. I had contacted the administrator of the DG to ask if it would be possible to group our DG Family members by states to simplify locating each other within our own area. I recieved an email back stating it was a good suggestion and they would check in to it. So..LETS GO

Whether you are just starting out like me or you are a seasoned vet, I think that developing as many relationships as possible is beneficial to all of us. Plz pm me if you are reading this and the idea sounds good. I am willing to travel to cali to a possible meet and greet, I just think it would be nice to go through some deals with someone who is on the same page as i am, u never know, it could be part of the next great partnership that's in one of Dean's future success stories!!
