Did anybody attend Russ Whitney's "Deals Done for You" Bus tour/class in Houston back in March 2011? Has anybody purchased Russ Whitney's power team to help them in finding Investment houses? Is Global Education Academy a Dean Graziosi company or a Russ Whitney company or both?

I have a great opportunity to lock up a house that would be a terrific property to own to rent or flip.It need a partner or coach to walk me through this first one. It is in a town that I grew up in and lived in for 35+ years. I would even be a potential lease purchase buyer for this home. I like the area that much. Hello does anyone know the exact step by step method for pulling the cash buyers list off of the MLS. I think it might be a different process in some states I am in the Los Angeles California area any suggestions? :0)

Does anyone know of a bank in Wisconsin that will do non-seasoned, cash-out refi's? I have had no problem finding sellers, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers, but have had absolutely no luck with banks!

I purchased Dean's training program over 3 months ago and am at my wits end trying to make this work.

I am trying to do the wholesaling strategy as laid out for me by my coach that was assigned to me with PMI.

I have followed the program as closely as I can and so far have been completely shut out. One of the things it says to do is start in your own "back yard" first before attempting to spread to other areas of the country.

In my effort to find Real Estate agents to work with I did find a couple that were very much versed in working with Investors. One of them as a matter of fact that is all she does is work with investors.
