Aloha DGers! Would anyone be able to provide more insight to this? I believe this is a product/tool that Dean and Lynn Alder have put together. Was told that this dvd is a step-by-step on government grants and how/what grant forms need to be completed and submitted, etc in order to qualify for these available grants to purchase real estate. Wasn't able to find it on this site under DG products. Has anybody purchased this DVD? Any insight would be appreciated. Mahalo

Are there any agents who work with wholesale investors here in Las vegas?

I have called over 75 offices. I have joined clubs and even met some agents here in DG.

I meet some who say they work with investors but they only sell the homes that are already rehabed.

When I tell them what Im looking for I get cut off and they stop emailing me.

It has gotten so bad that I am now looking into getting my real estate lisence to do it for myself, or others here having trouble with agents.

I posted a similar topic some weeks back.

Looking for people who would like to talk about what each of us is doing in our real estate investing or just to talk about it in general, sort of our own investor meeting over the phone. Some times I think it helps to talk about what youve learned or know, helps you to implement it.
