Hi, I am very new to this, but really want to get some deals under my belt. I've read the materials, watched DVD's, but would really love it if I could shadow someone through a deal that they are doing. I learn much better by seeing things in action. It doesn't matter if you are in NJ or elsewhere, I would just love to learn from someone out there doing. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Looking to start some networking here in the DFW Area. Would like to meet up and share some thoughts and information about REI. I am new and think this would be extremely helpful. I have a possible short sale in wa state. If anybody is interested. Got it on a craigslist ad this morn. Turnkey home in nice neighborhood. Military family already re stationed. I want no part in the deal, just told the couple I would try and send an honest short sale person their way, and what better place to find that person than here?
