So, why YOUR book? Because people in real estate, “Realtors”, did not buy or flip houses and thought; what I was doing was illegal.

I've been living pay check to pay check and I'm a single dad of two beautiful girls and I have been struggling with this business for almost 2 years and need help soon. I've followed every step in Dean's books and I can't seem to find serious cash buyers. I've lost more deals then I care to recount because of the lack of serious cash buyers. My daughters and I are facing eviction in a few days and I don't know how much longer I can hold on to the belief that this works. Is there anybody who would like to help or team up with me? I was curious to know if investors are having any difficulties making contact with either foreclosed on property owners or people owed monies from tax lien sale overages?

I know there are a lot of free sites out there that provide basic information, such as next of kin and of course public records being available throughout the country in many states. Are basic cheap 'click here, pay here' sites providing up to date, good contact info?
