I saw Dean's infomercial in my area about 6 months ago in late March of 2012 over and over again and chose his free a day seminar over another competitor because Dean's been teaching longer by decades. Anyway's at the seminar as soon as they said I could do this without my own money and no credit and would even provide 100% funding an sensible deals, I left my seat, drove an hour away and pulled out $2k for their 3 day training that was in the next state and immediately signed up. I committed to going through all the material and finally did so about 3 weeks ago and got my 250 free biz cards at vistaprints.com, my 50 bandit signs, 2 car sign magnets, and a dba.

Hello DG Family,

Im the newest member to drink the koolaid and loving every minute of it!!! Not only do i love the cuttting edge of all the material that is offered, but also how close knit everyone is on the DG site. It seems that everyone has each others backs on the success of this program!!! Its great to see that there is no hesitation in helping one another with each others knowledge and know how on any given topic.

I have only had the program for only about a month and as every newbie that signs on at first, can easily get overwhelmed by the information alone. Not to mention, reading all helpful posts that each member goes through on this site.

I've have a tough week. My 12 yr old niece whom I raised for the first few years of her life has spent the last 4 days in the hospital. They found an apple-sized tumor in her pancreas. She just had surgery yesterday, where they removed (hopefully) all of it and she's now in recovery. Thru all of this I watched my sister, who struggled for years to be able to take care of her daughter. She has not left her side all week... but she's also missed a whole week of work. She is paycheck to paycheck as it is. I watched her... and almost acted rashly.

We are new investors looking at properties in Merrillville for our first assignment deal. We would love to benefit from a seasoned investor's experiences. We've pretty much everything in place, but we need a push to jump in the big pond of real estate investing.

I am relocating to Portland this week after I close my home in Colorado. I am moving to the city with no place to live as I know no one. I have just sent my youngest to college and close on my home this Thursday ( I did really well FSBO thanks to all I have learned as a DGer) Some call me brave most call me crazy... but I am doing it anyway. With all the fellow investors here someone has to be a landlord or know landlords in the area (looking in the SE inter city and have a ten year old Basset now my sole responsibility, otherwise pretty flexible ) I am looking to rent as of now until I figure out where to go from here. I have a current list of buyers and always looking to build relationships with more. Right now am looking for serious cash buyers for these 2 investment properties currently that need to be assigned asap in northwest illinois.

I did some heavy negotiating on these deals to make sure the investor gets some good cash flow and profits right away out of this.

Negotiated seller to pay closing costs and they have an agent, so they are also paying that.

Also negotiated to receive rent from each unit for that month of closing and any security deposits attached. Plus, got great prices on these 2.

I'm looking to assign each for only 5k which would be 10k for both.

Recently I am branching out into Indiana. I have 2 deals going on right now. I started going out there to visit a friend and noticed the growth going on. As of Feb Indiana now has the "right to work". This attracts companies to bring new businesses to the area. One company that is almost ready to open the doors is Amazon. New jobs = more people looking for homes.
I am looking for DG family in this area with cash buyers to partner up with me to help each other grow.
I have my team set up and working!! Realtors, title company, bird dogs, total rehab crews. I NEED more cash buyers.
My Realtor and I want to start REI club when I return on Sept 25th. I will be in town for 2 weeks and would love to meet some of my DG family face to face and share information, strategies and just hang out.
