I have a cash buyer who wants to buy a lot of property in florida.I live in maryland and i would like to jv with someone from florida.My buyer wants two condos to start and more when those close.

Are there any of the Dean family members working in the Michiana area? I am looking for Power team leads and possibly a financial institution that will finance houses purchased by Canadians. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks.

I see tons of post here from people looking for help which is a basic human need. For those of you that know me on the site I post tons of welcome notes to new people offering help and mentoring. The only thing that I ask in return is that they take the time to do their BIO page. It is easy to do and there is no time frame to do it but what it shows me and everyone else on the site is, that you will spend the time on you and us. New people on this site need to do the basics first like bio page, join an reic, network, build a buyers list, set goals, ask yourself the big why and so on. I think there is no better feeling than giving back. From the reic they I started to the mentoring I do on my website. It is a feeling like no other.

I live in Tucson and I’m looking for DG family Investors who would be willing to partner up with me on some wholesaling deals. I am seeking for an experienced wholesale investor. Someone who is willing to be a student to a teacher. lol ...and one who can walk me through an entire wholesale deal from being till the end. hi, i'm gary iam new to the programs a few times over ... i fell like the person climbing the muddt hillside...little up,bit down,and feet stuck , in what i stur up. i started with the small one day and progressed to the two day seminar ( bought the pkg}"profit from real estate rirht now ".I love the way the steps are laid out and easy to follow ...um but..like other people ive found it to be pricey. i opened the buss. regis .with my state. {going broke tring)have not opened any bank accts yet put up bandit signs . it seems i am burud dogging houses for my realtor . i am tring to buy a secound house for myself to rent the doplex i live in. one house i looked at went up 30,000.00 the day i went to look at it.

Can anyone tell me why Greg Murphy is not on here! I guess him an Ali are just making deals. Still it would be great to here from them on this board. Anyone know? Pretty sure there just making money! LOL
