Through the teachings of Dean’s academy earlier this year I purchased a rental property $60K below tax value; built in 2005 in Charlotte, NC which is currently providing a positive cash flow of $299.24 a month. This area shows potential and a clear opportunity for financial growth. My plan is to structure my business with positive cash flow using rental properties from that area.
