12 Little Known Laws of Karma (That Will Change Your Life)

What is Karma? Karma is the Sanskrit word for action. It is equivalent to Newton's law of ‘every action must have a reaction’.

When we think, speak or act we initiate a force that will react accordingly. This returning force maybe modified, changed or suspended, but most people will not be able eradicate it. This law of cause and effect is not punishment, but is wholly for the sake of education or learning.

A person may not escape the consequences of his actions, but he will suffer only if he himself has made the conditions ripe for his suffering. Ignorance of the law is no excuse whether the laws are man-made or universal. To stop being afraid and to start being empowered in the worlds of karma and reincarnation, here is what you need to know about karmic laws.

The secret to CREATING the time to do this

I have had the pleasure to help so many people change their life with real estate. The first thing that they say to me is" I don't have time to do this" or " I can't find the time to do this. The truth is that time is not something that you "have" or "find" it's something that you "create".

Let's face it our lives are so full of busyness, some productive and some nonproductive. We are so busy with work, family and stuff that we will NEVER "find" the time to fit anything else in our busy schedule no matter how hard we try. We surly don't "have" the time since our current schedule takes up %110 of our life. So what are we to do if we can't find the time to have the time?

Short sale offer accepted

and gone through underwriting, but still on the supervisors desk. Short sales take time, and my realtor says it has been accepted and gone through underwriting, so we should hear by next week. Have a buyer lined up, so hoping this will be my first deal by the end of January. They also accepted our terms it seems, so we will see...

Are you ready for some Football?

Are you ready for some Football. This is Championship Weekend, right? I know how good the games will be and I will probably watch them too but what are you planning to do before the games? Sometimes we spend so much time getting ready for a Big game, family gathering or an event. I was speaking with one of my friends, Rick, that wants to be successful in real estate but he always tells me that he has no time.

NO TIME FOR BANDIT SIGNS!

NO TIME FOR BUILDING HIS BUYER'S LIST!

NO TIME FOR BUILDING A POWER TEAM!

NO TIME FOR RUNNING NUMBERS AND MAKING OFFERS!

NO TIME FOR CHANGING HIS LIFE OR DOING DEALS AND MAKING MONEY?

My First Offer for 2014 Accepted OMG I'm so excited LOL

First and foremost, I want to use this opportunity to wish my DG family a new year!!

I have been putting at least five offers each week since the beginning of 2014 and I have been contacting at least 10 FSBO each day (including standard sales listed with agents)....Finally I stumbled upon a motivated FSBO who is currently living in Isreal via my marketing campaign and this guy owns like a couple of properties here in Miami and I placed my offers on them but he didn't counter my offer (he's the type of seller they don't mind waiting till when pigs start flying till the get all the money which the are asking for lol)...

Hard Money Lenders, Where are They?

Finding money for our deals can be difficult. It is something you are always looking for if you are an active investor. Recently, I was introduced to a great company that has helped me find lenders that are interested in making a deal instead of saying no.

This company has put together a very large pool of lenders and then has vetted those lenders. They have weeded out the bad and kept the good. There are a wide variety of lenders who will do all kinds of deals.

Contact me and I will be happy to pass this information along.

A, B, C's of Finding Quality Properties to Wholesale

I love sports. I love the competition and strategy. I find it amazing to see how many great athletes stick to the basics in their daily routines. Larry Bird shot hundreds of jump shots daily with just a ball boy. Nolan Ryan ran in 6 feet of pool water on a regular basis to maintain strength. Peyton Manning memorized an NFL playbook before every attending an NFL practice. All of these geat players, and many others, learned the importance of basics.

We too should know the basics of our business. Start with the types of properties to look for in our wholesaling business. When we classify our properties appropriately, we will do well for ourselves and our buyers.

New Year Warrior

The New Year is here. It is that time of year that we all make promises and set goals. The New Year is a time when we are looking to make our lives and the lives of our loved ones better.

I would like to challenge everyone to develop the heart of a warrior. I am not talking about being violent. I am talking about standing up and doing right as well as standing firm in our convictions.

In our real estate deals we can be warriors. We can get the offers out daily that we need to do. We can ask for things in negotiations that made us timid before. We can expect more from ourselves because our success begins with ourselves.

I hope the next year brings about the things each of you desire. Have a great year!
