Thanks to you guys in the dg family i just made a good buyer contact.I looked at the for rent ads on craigslist and called the number and it turns out he is a cent21 broker and is looking to buy mfh.Fixer ups or turnkey.He also asked if i knew anyone interested in 95 acres.no specifics on location or price.still trying to build a rapport.He was very receptive to the idea of assignments and wants me to send him some details of the property i have under contract.I owe it to you.My biggest struggle hasnt been finding equity or underpriced and undervalued homes its been finding those with means to capatilize.

Today it's on how to get section 8 landlords on your buyers list .Yes we all know it's a great way to build up your list, but i never heard of anybody explaining how to do it step by step.So let me try.I will use my home city and state as a example ,but it works for everywhere.

step 1. go to google type this in (your city name) housing authority (exactly)(for sake of this example
cleveland housing authority)

step 2. click on website (http://www.cmha.net/)

I need help knowing what to put on my post cards to sent to perspective Buyers? Can anyone help and tell me the best verbiage to use on a post card?
