I've just begun here with DG.com and this is my first public address, though I've looked over a great many of yours. I'm actually enrolled in the Real Estate Academy and trying to make my way through one of the first lessons I came upon a question I felt would be best addressed to a great number of persons.

-What have you found to be the the most effective online advertising (classified) sites? Both pay and free sites? There are so many to choose from that I'd like to make an acute request to find what you've all found that works

i found a ton of distress property(rehap,fixeruppers etc.)from a realtor and i am nervous and scared that
i can't find a buyer's.

i am new to this and sweating bullets.

Ive been building my buyer's list through my website but it appears that the majority of the indivuals that signed up are also wholesaling and are building their list as well. The prospect list that you are mailing to is going to feel more secure if they are calling a local number than if they are calling an 800 number. The perception of an 800 number is that it is a big company, but if it is a local number then it just must be the guy down the street that buys houses.

I've been doing the bandit signs, flyers, direct mailings,local paper ads,online classifieds, craigslist.. hmmmm..
I'm sure there are tons of other marketing methods..
Any body have creative tactics that have worked well for you??
