hello everyone,

i am from hollywood fl. and i need help with finding buyers.
right now i am working with a realtor and i found alot of property list that are (fixersup,rehap,good condition.)
some of the propertys are amazing in the range of $15,000 -$50,000 .
i was so excited about finding these deals. but i don't have buyers list.
can i work with a long distance buyer or should i stay local , until i get some expertise in the field?
some one please help cause i am very nervouse about this and at the same time very excited.
My goal is to make $50,000 by the end of the year.

I am a very hard worker and persistent.
once i sold a $1500 dollars vacuum.
i did not believe it.lol.

now i want real estate to be my career from now on. cause i want a future(house,wive,kids.)
