One of the cash buyers was a corporation. On the state secretary's site, under their inc. name their address is referred to an attorney's address (send all correspondence to...). I've found the residential address that this company is based at. Should I send to the residential address or the attorney's address?
Question 2: If I can't find the buyer's actual name, does addressing the letter as: "Dear Principal," make sense?

I get about half of the responses being "Whats the address"
Normally i avoid their question and put i have a pending offer on the property and ask if they are interested in something similar.
Then they come back with "Whats the address"
What kinda responses do you guys use or how would you deal with those type of people that just want to see the place. Im placing these adds to find more buyers for my list

I have looked into Voice Talent services and they are expensive.
It tried Craigslist. I got a few. Nobody great, although one may cut it if I cannot find a person to read my scripts.
I have did searches using script readers and the searches turn up screen play readers.
I have searched using keywords "Business Script Readers"
I am not getting anywhere, too fast. I want to find someone to record Dean's Foreclosure message plus the Real Estate Investor soliciting message. There is a guy Tony on this website that has his Foreclosure message recorded. Problem is he says Stop Foreclosure. In Massachusetts this is not legal. You can get into trouble saying "I Stop Foreclosures or Stop Foreclosure"

I have also sent over 100+ letters to the Cash buyers list for Oct.,New buyers list, Rental property owners, R.E. Attorneys,and used the Yavapai Couty Document Search website looking for potential Buyers/Investors with no contacts. I have also made 2 posts on this website under Marketing and Everything else trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong and I appreciate the responses I have received, but it seems no matter what I do I'm still keep running into that Brick wall.

Wouldn't it make more sense to pay someone $2.00 a sign placed ,spend $120 a month extra verses spending 8hrs of your time putting out bandit signs your self? Does any one Hire find bandit signs placers say from craigs list?
