Marketing to Buyers and Sellers

I hope when Dean's done tweaking this Greg Clement's Sims 2.0 system it works.
I've been receiving dozens of emails from Greg on purchasing his system directly, & of course received an
email from Dean that he did not participate in the launch, nor is endorsing the purchase at this time but
after this last blog I'm confused.
I even received an email from Greg apologizing that his site crashed ... maybe because he teamed up with so many different gurus that every real estate investor in the country is hitting it at once.
I understand the concept, & believe having the proper software to automate your website is a must, but
not being very computer savvy it makes this whole thing a little concerning & scary.

there are good deals all around the state of georgia.Looking for motivated buyer to join me in some fantastic investment properties.This is truely a win win situation.I have several homes in my subdivision I think can be good investment do not pass the opportunity to get in on some of the best real estate inthe country.from dadimici18

I have tried unsuccessfully to post houses I have for sale on the new SIMS 2.0. I keep getting errors and have to start over with the listing process only to get more errors. Very time consuming. I am one of the ones who received 2 years free service too.

I tried unsucessfully about 5 times to get the owner of the thing to try to resolve this issue and he will not respond to me.

I will be so glad when Dean gets his new system going. Dean wouldn't leave us hanging like this. This is ridicilous!

Does it work to tell an investor that I'm asking
for a $1,000 to $3,000 Finders Fee based on the
quality of deal I bring them and how much equity is
in it.

If it's better to give them a flat percentage what
is an appropriate percentage.

I have over the last 3 weeks been posting on Craigslist following the recommended wording in Dean's book. People cannot read. I advertise looking for homes and I get all kind of offers but homes to buy. Does anyone know of another free site that might be more on point. It seems like Craigslist brings out the freaks.

I'm in a fix here. My town does not allow lawn signs on public property, nor do they allow bandit signs on telephone poles. We had two of our lawn signs taken down by township guys who called us and told us we could only put signs on private property or we would be hit with a $2000 fine, money we don't have, so we're dancing through a minefield right now. We have been careful to put signs on private property (e.g. empty buildings and empty shopping centers, open land), but we haven't touched any telephone poles.
