Found my Realtor Today!

Hello DG Family! My name is Will Clarke, I am a 23 year old senior in college and have started investing in Real Estate. I have been in the Success Academy for 3 or 4 months now and am ready to start making deals. I have been trying to do everything on my own and finally realized that I need an agent to help (when you see people on the site say or read in the books that you need to follow every step, trust that you need to follow every step!). So after three long weeks of searching I finally found the perfect Realtor! He is excited to help me with anything I need, and has done assignments and lease options before. I will be starting out doing assignments at first.

we should all take a moment today to say a prayer for those innocent lives lost, their families and friends who are left behind to carry on without them and our country to one day heal, but NEVER FORGET that shameful cowardly act of war by those who wish to destroy us yet can't face us.
keep moving forward,rob

I now i've read several times about needing a good agent, but my question is what keeps them from undercutting you OR going behind your back to get these deals? I feel like this has happened to me!! Thanks.

Looking for a partner in north nj

Hi all,

I am trying to take an action as DG have said. I am passionate about REI. I've been researching books, on line and tying to find ways to start. I think I understand what it is about. I am new to this field but I know I can do it. I am good at researching and organizing but I am not a strong go-getter. I need a partner who can fill that position to get a mutual success in northern part of NJ especially bergen county. I'd love to meet in person to discuss our game plan for million dollar bill in couple of years. Anybody interested ? Please email me ksreiting@****

Thanks,
KeeSoo

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The government's list of troubled banks hit its highest level since 1993 during the second quarter, although the pace of growth continued to slow, according to a government report released Tuesday.

The number of banks at risk of failing rose by 53 to 829, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. said in its quarterly survey of the nation's banking system. That increase marks the smallest rise since the first quarter of 2009.

However, it's still nearly double the 416 banks that were on the FDIC's watch list a year ago and is up from 775 in the first quarter of this year.

Please provide instructions if you had success importing data to SFL system.

In business and in life, we should celebrate our victories and learn from our mistakes. Mistakes are never failure unless we quit.

Mistakes can be the fertilizer for future success, and the experience can create building blocks for greatness. All mistakes are not created equal. There are mistakes that involve effort and then there are mistakes that involve apathy.

Effort is the one element that has to exist in all success formulas. Nothing worthwhile ever happens without our own best efforts. Sometimes, these efforts involve us making an error or mistake.

Success is more about letting go, releasing and creating

Success is more about letting go, releasing and creating space than it is about adding to,learning more and gaining.

So, what do you choose to let go of today?

The more I work with my coaching clients the more I realize the power in this simple truth…

Success Needs Space…

Too often we fill our life with ‘too much’ stuff and there’s no room for success to come in;

Things like:

An acquired action will soon become a habit

‘Success is not governed by colour, creed, age or orientation: Success does not discriminate nor does it know boundaries. It does however depend upon dreams, persistence and self-belief. The moment you lose confidence in yourself, failure will follow’

Each of us, irrespective of means or circumstance, strives for some aspect of greatness in our lives. Each of us is a genius in some aspect of our existence. There are things I can do brilliantly, which others cannot. Similarly, there are things which others can do that I can’t. These are the things which drive us to greatness and empower all aspects of our world.
