OfflineI know that this topic can be a little misleading and I'm sorry about that. But its true!! And no, its not with a girl (not yet anyway). Its with this website and everyone on it! Forgive all the exclamation points. I'm not one to usually use as many but I'm that excited! You probably ask, "How can you be in love with a bunch of people that you've never even met?" Well, I'll tell you. I'm constantly seeing the words "DG Family" on here and it took me a minute to get it. But after reading forum after forum, topic after topic, I finally saw it. It hit me like a surfer trying to ride a tsunami!! I've never seen so much passion, love, care, support, help, etc. (the list of adjectives could go on and on) that you guys give to one another. It truly is inspirational! This really is a "Family". And I've figured out for the first time in a long time where I belong. So now you can understand where this delicate word, "love" is coming from. And I mean it from the bottom of my heart. You guys are amazing and I cant wait to get to know some of you better.
I'm very new to the site, not DG, I've been following him for some time now, and short of our Lord Jesus Christ, I truly believe he has been my savior.
Anyway, before I go on and on (cause I could) I want to introduce myself. My name is Sean Bearden. I'm 28 years old and I live in Tulsa, OK. (ALL MY T-TOWN PEOPLE SAY YA?!?!) I own a remodeling company that I just started recently so I love "REAL" estate and everything in between and I cant wait to love it even more (if thats possible). OK, Ill stop there.
One quick question I hope someone can help me with (and I have no doubt someone will). It may be something already asked so please forgive, but of all the searching on here I cant find a way to create a contact list (or list of favorites) of people that I want to stay in touch with on here. Is this possible, or no? Well thats it from Sean. Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this and giving help that they can. I promise that I will take all advice into action like I am listening to Ghandi himself (or Dean). Thanks again to the "DG FAMILY"!! I "love" you all.

I'm from Long Island, NY Suffolk County to be more exact. That's the eastern portion of the island, it's the largest county since it makes up more than 1/2 of the island itself. As for business, I just started, literally, last week. But like you I'm super pumped and ready to go, I've already put in two offers but nothing has panned out yet. I can't complain though it's only been a week since I started to really buckle down & do it.

I think love is a great word, it seems like I read in a lot of journals that people come here to post and read in order to get positive feedback from other dg family members. You will also get tough love from veteran investers on the site if that is what you need. Definitely like a family with people from all over the country and the world, kinda cool; and the one common denominator is Dean.
I look forward to keeping up with your journal.
