I am so happy that you both chose to be business partners together and I am very happy for you guys. I know you both will do very well and cant wait to see you guys do some deals together soon. Well September 24, 2009 Lubertha and I had the privilege/opportunity of meeting Dean for the first time. It was an occasion I will not forget. The three plus hours from Brooklyn was more than worth the effort. Words cannot describe the emotions we felt when Dean got out of his car and gave us a great big genuine hug. At some instances we were nervous and others anxious. What do we say, how do we act, oh my the cameras they are all over the place, is our hair intact. While at the same time Dean, the perfect gentleman reassuring us that we will do just fine. It was an unforgettable experience, that I would cherish for a lifetime. God Bless

Sandra, I just clicked on your journal because it was a recently viewed on the website, and started reading. I saw the date at the top it said 9/29 I thought it was a new post, no, it was from 2008! Exactly one year today you started your journal and look how far you have come. You even got to meet Dean! That is so incredible. You are such an inspiration to everyone. You and Lubertha keep plugging along. Have you read back on your journal? Wondering if you can believe it yourself.

I saw your video and congrats on everything! Hope everything is well! I am thinking about starting my own journal.. maybe that will keep me going.. seems like I take breaks from this every now and then. I keep having to get re-inspired because I get sucked into my 5-5 job. My step dad is actually interested in partnering with me, so that helps too!

Good luck with everything, I think I am going to work on my first Journal post now!

Joe, Cathy, Dominic and Lea, thanks for the all your congrats, support and encouragement. I feel confident that nothing would have occurred with God in the midst. When I set my mind on something, I will not stop until it is accomplished. My next step is to get my own home for myself and my two sons. They deserve it, they are my pride and joy. Thanks so much for your kind words. If you could remember way back when I was the new comer on the block and you all supported me with your encouragement not to give up success will come. What kept me grounded over the year or so was the constant support from you all. At that time it was you, Rina, Anita, Matt, Sully (what about him, we miss him), Jason, Elena, and a few others, who continue to make sure I understood the process and the then new vocabulary. God is responsible for allowing Dean to have this site available to the less fortunate, and we have to be thankful. Laura you all were there for me and words cannot express my gratitude. It is only when you know where you have been, will you appreciate where you are and the heights you intend to reach.

The Conference call tonight was awesome. Dean was all fired up and he is not making joke. It is either we shape up or ship out. I guess he is getting ready to take his train on the route to success, well I will definitely be on board. I think what he is saying is let's get going, negativity does not live here. October is the ACTION POTENTIAL month, less talking and more doing. I have decided that from this weekend to attend some open houses and scope to see what are out there. Well yesterday was a bit hectic for me. I came home extremely tired, did my evening assignments and went straight to bed. Today I decided I will stay at home and relax. Spent some time reading, received and made a few phone calls, a little cleaning here and there, house hunt online and hooked up to the source on the DG website. Before I hit the sack, I will do another hour of reading, my passion and will be off to bed. Tomorrow is another day, I am not making any promises, but I will see what it hold for me. God Bless.

Isnt the cycle of support and success on this site amazing? We all start off with nothing but excitement and hope, get support and knowledge from this site, take action, make a successful deal or two, and in turn become the ones sharing knowledge and supporting other newcomers! Fabulous!

Despite my previous purchases in real estate, Dean's books inspired me to a new way of living, the one called debt free. I look forward to the day when, I could stand proud and say "financially free." We have come a long way from a year or so ago, when we called ourselves newcomers. We have an obligation to pass on the things we have learned and accomplished so others will be able to do the same also. I know Dean's desire as he says is for all his students, as he calls us to be successful. Once we all realize how important it is for us to create our own success, it is only then that we will have total gratification. Laura, I must first thank God for giving me the strength to stay the course and my DG family for their continued support. God Bless.

Thank you for taking the time to take an interest in reading my journal. I have responded to it but I wanted to come by and read your journal as well.

It fills me with hope to read from where you first started as a new member and just finished reading the book to where you are now. You had Dean come to you! To ask you questions about how you did it all so HE could learn from YOU! You must be up to some pretty amazing things!

Congratulations to you Sandra. I hope to one day be as successful as you have become Its going to take some hard work, i know. But Soon I hope to be at that point.

After everything, I should be home by 10 p.m. I looked forward to getting home this evening, to see what Dean had in store for us, and I was as always greatly impressed by the magnitude of Dean's generosity in providing the detailed post on formulated a buyer's list. With pen in hand, I took notes while reading. What you will call summarizing the article. I promised myself to at least be in bed by 11:00 p.m. to acquire enough hours of sleep. To all who visit my journal, I hope that it will provide some glimmer hope that things can happen if you take action. God Bless.
