Hi everyone I am very new to this. I am a divorced father of 3 who is looking to change my life. After going through this very troubled time in my life, I want to live out a dream of mine which is real estate investing and being financially free in the next 12 months. In the begining I am wanting to Assign Contracts to build up some revenue and then focus on flipping some properties as well as build that passive income from rentals to the amount of atl least 7k a month. Trying to figure out how to accomplish this goal in the most efficient way possible. I know I am onto something b/c everyone around me is telling me I am crazy to do this in such a down market.

Hello everyone, I am still reading and absorbing DG's info and all I can say is that I am so excited. I am seeing deals/potential deals everywhere and I just right down contact info and pricing as well as look for those key terms (FSBO, Motivated Seller) I even have a potential investor who is willing to use a luxury vehicle as a negotiation tool for some motivated seller. I am now off to contact some attorneys and interview agents and the more people tell me NO, the more I push thru. On my way to Millions

I saw your post on DG and I can feel your pain, but I too can enjoy your enthusiasim. I was married for 27 years and recently divorced. I am looking at new beginings and new challenges. One being real estate investing.

Like you I know I am on the right track because people think I am crazy. Plus now I am unemployed, with out a source of income, no benefits, and $10.00 in my pocket.
However, everyday I get up shower, shave and get dressed and set off for the coffee shop with wi fi.
I call and email people looking for properties. On good days someone leaves the local paper and I read the ads to see who is up for foreclosure or sherriff's sale.

So hang in there and follow Dean and you will come out on the other side. Happy, happier, and wealthier.

I just went by your group for private money lenders. I wanted to get in touch with you and find out if you offer any funding outside of back to back closing?

I have a contact that can fund me in that manner, but I would like to find out if you, or any contacts you may have, would be interested in funding a bulk REO transaction, that I would like to obtain and then wholesale out.
