Before I sign in to Dean's site, I'm sitting here in front of computer thinking, where can I find these hard money lenders? You see, I already called a bunch, a lot of them doing commercial only and one of them need me to show them liquid assest which I don't, one will fund my deal but won't give me proof of funds, so this is good.
