About Me:

After being laid off twice in 18 months I decided that I need to take control of my life and create an income where I call the shots. With 17 years of management experience along with 2 years of project management I decided that fix and flips in real estate was a good use of my skills...and I love real estate.

I started by self directing my IRA last year in 2011 and I haven't looked back.

My goal is to have the ability to help my family by being available (time) and ensure they have what they need (money). I have three grown children and aging parents.
