Hi Dean,
I enjoy your weekly blog. What about naming the weekly blog "Your Weekly Doze of M-M-M" - which stands for Monday Morning Motivation. Also, you could not be more correction about energy – that is what keeps you going. The bible speaks of it as joy – which is your strength. Seeing the glass half full rather than half empty. Same glass, just how do you want to see it?
Also, I am a realtor in Illinois. I would love to work with investors. Have a lot of great deals just waiting for buyers as low at $10,000.00 and as high as heaven. Just kidding………I am great at follow-through.
