I am located in the San Antonio area, possibly relocating to the Dallas area within a year or so.

Do you have homes in either of those areas? Also could do Houston area as well.

How would I get the loan to do the deal if I don't have cash?

Also, would I own the home and could sell for the 90k (or possibly less)up front? Is that possible?
