Very happily married to my 2nd wife ,who is very supportive(which is a change).As she puts it,"This really gets your juices flowing honey".Raised 4 children,all doing well.Spent my life in construction and dabbling in investing in real estate.........never made a bad deal.

Physically can`t do the hands-on work so much anymore so am excited about getting into real estate investing full time and seeing where my self taught experience can`t take us (with Dean`s help of course).Have always been very adaptable in my career as to the market and what types of construction was "hot" at a given time,so plan to bring that aspect to the table in real estate investing.
