Hello all DG family members, my name is David from Houston,TX. I got started wholesaling about a year ago but have yet to close on my first deal. I have been reading about Investors using Realtors to find deals for them! Is it "TRUE"? Can I use a Realtor to find deals for me & wholesale or "Assign" the contract to an Investor?
