Texas has very strict laws about L/O's. you may want to check out www.leaseoptionclasses.com. this guy has been doing them very successfully in TX for several years.

I just joined this group and am interested in renting furn rooms to build capital for later investing opportunities. I need some insights to do this right. Do you have any of Dean's books? Each one has some great information on it to help you structure a deal. Also their is a wealth of information on the web, I have been reading wendy patton along with Dean's stuff and the stuff I'm learning hear on the site.
I also agree with Jan search under lease option soooo much info......I just did it the other day.
