Hey Mar, I just read the post passed to you. I believe he said it all. The only person having doubt about you making it very successfully in real estate is you. It is not rocket science. It is not hard. What it is in the beginning is a learning curve, discipline and time consuming. It's also really FUN for most of us. It is what you and what I make it to be.
