I am single mom, I have a 4 years boy, I am from Colombia, I have 5 years in USA and I had worked for salary, I did two years own business about nutrition but the people lost their job and the sales was down. So I come back to look for a job. But one day I saw the Dean's comercial and I just have my last $30 dolllars, I didn't have more money, so I bought this book, and I was so excited readding when it came to me, even with no time, I made time, even my son help me to read, let me time to be alone and he was by himself playing.

But now I want to start doing everything and I get confuse because I don't know anything from real state and I don't know the rules here fr investors, I don't have credit, and I owe some money to the bank so I don't know how start.

I hope with Dean's help and your support I can do it and have the american dream realistic and no have any more problem for money.
