Like alot of people I started my interest in Real Estate Investing back in the days of Carlton Sheets and was soon shot down with most of the theories in his program.
Now with Dean I finally feel like I can really accomplish my real estate success. I have read one of the two books that I got from Dean and I have viewed all the videos and have gotten so much encouragement and techniques that I have put in an offer for a house with 60% ARV. I am hopeful and positive that I can do this, this time. I will keep watching the videos and hope that I can accomplish enough to go to the seminar.
