If anyone has a buyer interested in Las Vegas, I have come across a 1419 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath that needs work. comps in the area are 110-ish and the deal can be had for 70k. Probably needs about 20-25k to make it a really really nice place, maybe less depending on who does the work. Its not on the market, but will be in about a week. Seller had been renting it out to family and they had to evict them. House is owned free and clear.
