About Me: 

I have taken various real estate courses in the past and have not been able to make money with any of them. I finally decided to buy Dean's book last year and subsequently signed up with Dean's success academy (PMI). It is a little over a year later and now I've just finished my fifth successful deal and have been refunded my money back. I am excited about the future with real estate investing and I am actively looking to partner with more investors who want to make serious money in a primed southern California market.
