OfflineMy name is Juan Cruz. I moved from Los Angeles to Miami in April 2010. It was then when I started orginizing my finances and fixing up my credit after a foreclosure in February 2009. I also started reading about REI and end up in this web site where I learned so much and bought Dean's books.
I always want to learn more and I am still looking for my first deal. Hopefully very soon I think I know what I need to make it happend I guess I am fighting versus my fears and lack of self confidence...
My wife is a big support and she has been learning from me because I always have to go running and tell her all I learn and want to do.
