OfflineI have been in the building materials industry for over 20 years, and have built and sold approximately 20 new homes over the past 10 years. I am currently still employed in the lumber business, but am looking to bring real estate investing to the next level and beyond. I am 51 years old now and would like to retire very comfortably with my wife within the next 10 years. When I say retire, I mean retire from the everyday grind of sales. I want to do deals for the rest of my life, and know that I can. I have great drive, a willingness to learn and apply what I learn. I have dealt with banks, realtors, attorneys, etc, during the process of building the 20 houses over the years. I can't wait to finish the book and get started practicing the strategies I learn.

I am 66 pages into Deans book and I am poised for take off. I've built 20 houses over the past 10 years, and am ready to bring myself to the next level. I have a great job in the building supplies industry, and am full of pea and vinegar. It seems like a lot of information to categorize and implement, but I am going to count on all of you for support and advice. I have some pretty good experience as well, so I will provide as much help from my end as I can to you all as well.
