I am 66 pages into Deans book and I am poised for take off. I've built 20 houses over the past 10 years, and am ready to bring myself to the next level. I have a great job in the building supplies industry, and am full of pea and vinegar. It seems like a lot of information to categorize and implement, but I am going to count on all of you for support and advice. I have some pretty good experience as well, so I will provide as much help from my end as I can to you all as well. I'm at the end of the diving board and truly ready to dive into the pool of opportunity. I am anticipating gaining access to an array of potentially great deals, and would like to start compiling lists of buyers, sellers, partners with cash in hand, etc. I have some great contacts already, and would like to meet people with good functioning networks.
