My background and training is in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation) and education. Indy is one of the sickest RE markets in the country and I intend to have that city be the first of our forays into the 30 day fast start program. Marjorie, my partner and I would like to meet and greet others in the Indianapolis area on this site. I travel to Indy quarterly (siblings there) and know the city, streets and areas.

If the former, then how did you set up your business structure in a way that is tax-favorable? With whom did you set up your 1-800 number ? What challenges have you found in marketing from a distance? Have you made deals sight unseen?
