I know a guy who works in Livingston so I am familiar with where it is. He lives in Turlock so I travel up that direction once or twice every couple of months.

Well, nice to meet you. This site is absolutely awesome! What a great place to connect with like minded people.

Have you read any of Dean's books or been to any of his seminars?

Thank you for your warm welcome. I know I'm responding extremely late to your greeting and I apologize. I didn't realize you sent a message until now. I wasn't exploring the site enough. But now I am just realizing how much there really is on here. I am learning so much!

I've read "Be A Real Estate Millionare" and have attended one of Dean's 3 day training seminars in Bakersfield.

I'm going to try to be more active on here, whether it be just reading posts or actually engaging in conversation. I filled out my profile and have a picture now. I think I am going to start my own journal too. I want to be held accountable and hope that some day newbies can look and see how I have progressed and be inspired just as I am now when I read other DG'ers journals.

I hope to keep in touch.

I spent 13 years in the Clovis area, truthfully for investment sakes, i wish i were still there. I think the Greater Fresno area is a very viable market. I found my local REI Group on Meetup.com and so far i like the group alot and they have led me to other Groups.And also, IF you cannot find a local group on Meetup.com, you can always START YOUR OWN. Advertise it thru craigslist and Voila. Perhaps your contacts you have already made on your first purchase could help by being guest speakers ie..Proffessionals with insight to your local market. Whatever you decide to do, stick with it, continue (always) to learn and grow.
