OfflineIt’s just amazing to see how everything can turn around for us in a short period of time! If anyone have told me about ten years ago that i would live in USA, study in the university or even drive a car and have all the things that i have now, i would say that he/she was crazy. 
I always knew that bigger things yet to come in my life. Dean's real estate program came into my life about three years ago, but it wasn't until a year ago when i realized that school shouldn't be an obstacle to build my carrier. Now, real estate became a part of my life and me. As I am writing this (2011), I got a small business growing, primary with short-term goals to accomplish. The biggest obstacle that I have yet to overcome is to be sustainable in my business, which means to write offers – everyday, to build a buyers list – everyday and close deals – every month. I have short goals, yet, I have big dreams to accomplish and nothing is stopping me! Be positive, think smart and don’t let people tell you that it can’t be done for whatever reasons. Money can be made in real estate in any market as long as you give more and think more.

Watch your Thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become character. Watch your character, for it becomes your DESTINY.
