is there anyone who's started without an agent??
August 21st, 2009 | posted by jenni88Im really eager to start but ! dont want to wait until I find an agent cause who knows how long that will take. In the meanwhile I want to start making offers on my own.
Any advice on doing so? Should I start on my own or wait until I find an agent?
Thanks Much!
I Need Reassurance
August 18th, 2009 | posted by ChestArmorAlright, so I've seen Dean Graziosi on TV for a few months now. Natural instinct was to think "oh this is just another gimmick, he'll want you to sign up for something", and while I know there are certain programs you can sign up for, I've come to realize that this isn't anything other than a good opportunity.
So I Got My Books Three Days Ago
August 16th, 2009 | posted by Calvin21FIRST OF ALL THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING APART OF THIS SITE IT REALLY IS SUCH A HELPFULL TOOL!!!So I got my books three days ago and I just have not been able to put it DOWN. I really see how everyone is so excited about what Dean has created and the critical information he shares. One thing he say's on "why every one does not do it when it so easy is because they don't put the effort in to learn"!!

August 12th, 2009 | posted by jenni88hi everyone,
I finished reading the book a little over a week ago. I still have yet to find an agent but I dont want to wait until I find one to start. Is there anyway I can start deals on my own?

August 9th, 2009 | posted by nygnyk30This could be my first one. This house is a FSBO with a lot of equity.
The asking price is 185,000 but i asked him if he would take 170k and he accepted.
I want to assign this property to another investor that i know but i don't know how to fill out the contracts. Seems second nature for me to fill them out lol. Can i get a Real Estate attorney to fill them out or do i have to?
Thank you!
Having Your Own 8000 Number
August 6th, 2009 | posted by cathunter10@tul...Nothing is worse than having a 800 number that a prespective client calls and have the mesage box full Check your box at least three times a day.I dont know how many calls people miss when a client call onkly to get a recording saying to call back later because there is no room in the box.
