Well...how do I start.. lets see. My girlfriend originally got into this. Her dad saw the infomercial and recorded it for her thinking it might be a good thing to try being that we both are unemployed. We were both really skeptical thinking it was just one those scams. After we saw it my girlfriend did a lot of research on it and decided to give it a try. I however, was still skeptical. It wasn't until the books actuality arrived that I changed my mind. I am at a point in my life where I have no idea what i am going to do. I have been unemployed for over a year. I NEED to do something.

Building a strong foundation for the future... Today (4/25/2009) I ordered Dean's books, "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" and "Be a Real Estate Millionaire." I'm really looking forward to diving right into the materials as soon as I receive them.

I also inquired about Dean's Real Estate Success Academy and I'm very eager to receive their call to gain more information on the program. From what I've read, I believe participating in the Academy will help propel me a lot quicker to becoming a successful full-time REI.

Hi everyone! We decided to start a journal, even though we weren't planning on it until we had our first deal!! Since it's taking a LITTLE longer than we had hoped for that to happen, here we are!

We joined the Success Academy January 20, 2009 and have been actively taking the classes, doing the Action Items and WORKING the program every single day since. We are highly motivated to be successful so that we can make a better life for our family and realize our dream of relocating to Eastern Washington.

Hello, Hope all is well

I'm ready to make some purchases, but before I do I would like to get feed back on your opinion in buying a house in a not so good area? the FMV is $80,000 and the house are being sold at $20,000... I see it as a great cash flow opportunity and rent it out to section 8 which is government housing program.... What do you think?

As everyone else did, saw Dean on TV, saw the price of the book, researched him on the web and said let me give it a try and I placed the order.

I did not need convincing about real estate as I am a firm believer in it. I even have an active real estate sales license (which I must say I don't use it as I should) and have done real estate investing before in the more traditional way: buy to live in then rent it and move up and so on. So I know and understand the greatness of Real Estate.

I found a private lender that lends money based on the deal. If anyone wants the info please pm me.

I am one payment behind on my mortgage due to renting out the current home to two terrible tenants who didn't pay rent for 6 months a peice and we didn't have enough money to evict.
