I'm still slightly new to wholesaling and is looking to continue to build my buyers list in the Tampa and Miami areas.

Hello I am not sure this is the right spot to advertise this but here I go I have a 3 bedroom 1 bath under contract in Duluth MN. Must close with cash. House is under purchase contract for $35,000. House needs $15-20,000 in rehab. House is tax assessed at $85,000 and valued over $120,000.

I am supposed to close on Monday. I am looking for any of the following:

I have an investor who is willing to do 70% of the the purchase and rehab. Need another investor who will cover the rest.

Wholesale the deal to an investor. I can arrange for the rehab and property management if you would like.(with purchase and rehab, you are under the 70 % the bank likes for a refi)

Please let me know which way you are interested in making some money.
