Hello everyone, I'm just getting started in Greensboro, NC and I am looking to network with anyone in my area. I am willing to split my commissions for anyone interested in a mentorship. Please message me if you are interested.

I'm new to wholesaling. I need someone to take me under their wing. Any advice to where or how to find someone would be appreciated. I'm 30 mins north of Atlanta and ready to do my first deal. But I need help! Help me and let me make you/us $$!!

hi every one i am trying to find out how you find the ones who have control of abandoned homes i have found a lot of these properties and on the tax sites for the homes the mailing address is the same as the homes address and i dont know how to find the owners or who ever is in charge of the properties
if any one knows how to do this please lets talk about it

I am looking for the right person to work with me on the completion of my six plex in youngstown ohio. I'm relocating from NYC to Houston Jan 1. Excited for the move! We have tenants for the Long Island home already, and the Houston listing prices are making me drool. Who's working out of Houston?
