REI CLUB-MY SECOND BEST MOVE

My 1ST best move was becoming a part of the Dg family. That being said, this short post is for all of my family who have hit a wall on trying to put deals together, don't know where to turn and need to talk to other investors who might not be involved in the DG site as we all are.
I just attended my 2nd meeting of the Central New York Real Estate Investors Group and let me tell you all, IT IS WORTH THE TIME TO GO. The first meeting I sat, listened and took it all in. Yesterday being my second meeting I got involved, boy did I get involved.

EXAMPLE: Houston, TX - Investing Partner

This is an example post. All new posts should use this format for the subject:
City, State - Description

The post/body can contain whatever you like, but be sure to include as much details as possible for the best response.

What to post in this forum...

You can use this forum to network with people in your area or talk about topics that are unique to a specific area.

Many have asked for a way to more easily network with other users local to them, in their same town or metro area. We are working on ways to allow more comprehensive networking within the site, but this is the first step, to create a way where you can discuss items on the local level and solicit other users from your area.

The key to doing so is creating a proper Subject for your post.
1) Always include the city and state in the subject.

Meeting People at Public Auctions

I see that Realtytrac has a few houses for sale in my area. I just want to meet other investors and not purchase (at least for now). The site shows the houses for sale with the address and date of the auction but doesn't give the time; also does anyone know if they usually do the auction at the actual location or at a courthouse? If anyone has a few ideas on this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Ter
