Below is a proposal on a piece of land and an opportunity in a location in Tennessee that is growing fast. I need help financially and knowledge. Millions will be made, i need about 750K to get our hands on it and some working capitol. 250-500k to start the developement which will be recovered rapidly. Plan is based on the sales of other like projects in the area.

PROPERTY HAS 150-200K OF TIMBER.

17 ACRE LAKE, STREAMS WILDLIFE GALORE

I am looking for a good place to find investors in the area any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks. I have found a few that I have called and the list begins, but any other places to look would be great.

I am new to REI and I just turned 20, I would like someone familiar with my area to give me some pointers and also to network in the NYC Area.

I am just beginning the investing and have found a couple of houses, but I would love to meet and greet with fellow investors in my area. I need a partner with the money and I can do the work. My husband and I are raring to go, but are unable to move quickly with no money. We also have a house for sale &/or rent in Ravenna (a town north of Bonham) and we would like a referral of rental agents or any advice how to best advertise a rental.

Any investors who would like to buy my house that is now in foreclosure and lease it to us w/ option to purch. in 4-5 years. House is located in gated community and usually holding property value much better than any other areas.

I also need investors that is willing to work with me for assigning properties after I find one of his/her preference. I have no capital to invest on property, but I definitely am a good worker. I can negotiate for a very reasonable finders' fee. I am hungry for deals and I will do my due deligence to make this partnership a win-win one.

Hi my name is Todd and I just moved to southern Texas. Yesterday I was looking for condos by the beach and a gentleman pulled up next to my car asking if I was looking to buy a condo. I told him yes and he asked if I wanted to buy the whole condo resort as he pointed behind me. I turned around and saw two buildings with about 12 units in each, right on the canal. The gentleman told me that his condos are always 100% occupied and there's a waiting list to get in.
