Hi everyone, I'm located in San Francisco, CA

I'm fairly new to the Real Estate business, I have Dean's book and his program. He mentions something about finder's fees and getting with an investor. Well I'm having a difficult time finding investors so I can lock in on my first property. I'm currently a full time art student, and I don't have money to spend (only student loans) I need help! I am new to this, but very motivated, well connected and have very good credit.

Anyone here in the Boston (or North Shore, MA) Area?

I have deals that come across my desk all the time but i cant take part in them the way i would like to. I've been marketing these properties but by the time i find a buyer, the property has already been sold without me. I've come close a few times but no cigar. If i could get someone to partner with me and help me lock the contract up with the seller with the earnest deposit, so that i can find a buyer without having to worry about losing the property, I would be more than glad to split the profits 50/50.

I'm looking for anyone that's in the GA area. I'm interested in looking into Tax Sales - does anyone have any state specific experience with this? Thanks in advance.
